Yay! ...Sorta!

mood: accomplished

I'm back on track.

I def. haven't been starving myself, that's for sure, but I'm losing about a pound every 2 days.

I'm eating like, 2000-2200 calories, because I've admitted I LOVE to eat, but I'm also working out A LOT to make up for that. I'm going to try to get it stable at 2000 though.

I walk for about 100 minutes a day, pretty briskly, and I hold my stomach in while doing it, and believe it or not, that really tones your stomach muscles. I've already lost 1/4 of an inch just in 3 days. O.o When you hold in your stomach for 100 mins of walking each day, yeah, it really has effects.

Anyway, I'm burning about 1600-1800 calories deficiet each day, so it's coming off pretty quick.

I'm doing the Allure 6 week makeover thing, and I love the way they have it set up. It's so much simpler than fitday and doesn't make you feel as bad.

Anyway, even though I've cheated a bit, I'm still keeping within my calorie limits and eating healthy food. I try to get about 25-30g of fibre each day by eating whole grains, vegetables, and fruits.

I've been boosting up my fruit and vegetable content for a while, and it's really helping my skin. O.o

It really is.

I'm also taking the OneADay Weight Control multi-vitamins, vitamin e, omega 3-6-9, and Brewer's Yeast.

My mother told me that vit. e and brewer's yeast in combination make your skin a lot better, and it's been working really well lately. I suppose the Omega3-6-9 has a part in that too.

I try to keep active through the whole day, and I'm losing weight and not depriving myself in anyway. I think what I'll do is keep the 2200 calories, and then lower it to 2100 calories next week, or 2000, and then slowly cut out 100 or so calories each week until I get down to about 1700 or 1500 calories. I'll be lighter than, so I won't be able to eat as much, and I'll have to exercise a lot more to burn the same amount of calories. :-)

I'm proud of myself, I'm sticking to things.

It could also be that anti-procrastination audio book I'm listening to at night, or that subliminal weight loss audio book. O.o Who knows?

Anyway, I'm doing well. :-D

This isn't hard, it's fun.

So I've lost 20lbs so far, but I've been stuck on that because I was being an awful person and not moving forward with my eating and fitness.

So now my goal is to burn about 1600 calories in deficiet each day, so I can lose 3-4lbs per week. I don't care if it's "safe" or whatever, and I'll work extra hard not to put the weight back on. I'm not on a "diet" I've made a lifestyle change. I make sure to get AT LEAST 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I get 25-30g of fibre each day, and I'm trying my best to do Yoga every morning, strength training 3 times a week, and cardio every day for about an hour.

I'm going to work super hard to lose this weight, even if I have to half starve myself.

  The Idealist

As an INFP, your primary mode of living is focused internally, where you deal with things according to how you feel about them, or how they fit into your personal value system. Your secondary mode is external, where you take things in primarily via your intuition.

INFPs, more than other iNtuitive Feeling types, are focused on making the world a better place for people. Their primary goal is to find out their meaning in life. What is their purpose? How can they best serve humanity in their lives? They are idealists and perfectionists, who drive themselves hard in their quest for achieving the goals they have identified for themselves

INFPs are highly intuitive about people. They rely heavily on their intuitions to guide them, and use their discoveries to constantly search for value in life. They are on a continuous mission to find the truth and meaning underlying things. Every encounter and every piece of knowledge gained gets sifted through the INFP's value system, and is evaluated to see if it has any potential to help the INFP define or refine their own path in life. The goal at the end of the path is always the same - the INFP is driven to help people and make the world a better place.

Generally thoughtful and considerate, INFPs are good listeners and put people at ease. Although they may be reserved in expressing emotion, they have a very deep well of caring and are genuinely interested in understanding people. This sincerity is sensed by others, making the INFP a valued friend and confidante. An INFP can be quite warm with people he or she knows well.

INFPs do not like conflict, and go to great lengths to avoid it. If they must face it, they will always approach it from the perspective of their feelings. In conflict situations, INFPs place little importance on who is right and who is wrong. They focus on the way that the conflict makes them feel, and indeed don't really care whether or not they're right. They don't want to feel badly. This trait sometimes makes them appear irrational and illogical in conflict situations. On the other hand, INFPs make very good mediators, and are typically good at solving other people's conflicts, because they intuitively understand people's perspectives and feelings, and genuinely want to help them.

INFPs are flexible and laid-back, until one of their values is violated. In the face of their value system being threatened, INFPs can become aggressive defenders, fighting passionately for their cause. When an INFP has adopted a project or job which they're interested in, it usually becomes a "cause" for them. Although they are not detail-oriented individuals, they will cover every possible detail with determination and vigor when working for their "cause".

When it comes to the mundane details of life maintenance, INFPs are typically completely unaware of such things. They might go for long periods without noticing a stain on the carpet, but carefully and meticulously brush a speck of dust off of their project booklet.

INFPs do not like to deal with hard facts and logic. Their focus on their feelings and the Human Condition makes it difficult for them to deal with impersonal judgment. They don't understand or believe in the validity of impersonal judgment, which makes them naturally rather ineffective at using it. Most INFPs will avoid impersonal analysis, although some have developed this ability and are able to be quite logical. Under stress, it's not uncommon for INFPs to mis-use hard logic in the heat of anger, throwing out fact after (often inaccurate) fact in an emotional outburst.

INFPs have very high standards and are perfectionists. Consequently, they are usually hard on themselves, and don't give themselves enough credit. INFPs may have problems working on a project in a group, because their standards are likely to be higher than other members' of the group. In group situations, they may have a "control" problem. The INFP needs to work on balancing their high ideals with the requirements of every day living. Without resolving this conflict, they will never be happy with themselves, and they may become confused and paralyzed about what to do with their lives.

INFPs are usually talented writers. They may be awkard and uncomfortable with expressing themselves verbally, but have a wonderful ability to define and express what they're feeling on paper. INFPs also appear frequently in social service professions, such as counselling or teaching. They are at their best in situations where they're working towards the public good, and in which they don't need to use hard logic.

INFPs who function in their well-developed sides can accomplish great and wonderful things, which they will rarely give themselves credit for. Some of the great, humanistic catalysts in the world have been INFPs.

The Kind Of Person Who Is Attracted to Me

What type of person is drawn to you? (Amazing anime pics!)

Graceful: Something about you is beautiful (handsome if you are a guy, of course) and enchanting. You are very laid back and tend to be a hopeless romantic. You love acting, singing, and dancing, expressing yourself through an art that shows who you are. You are a very hardworker and it pays off. You are very talanted in what you do and your partner thinks so too. Another thing about you is that you don't really mind a lot of things and they feel that you accept them for thier best. You probably are not going to get someone who is all about adventure, loud humor, or off the edge. You are very calm and peaceful. You run at your own pace dispite what is going on around you. Both of you love living life at your own rythem!

The sign of the "Dreamer". The final sign of the Zodiac. Pisces is an extremely emotional and nurturing sign. Feelings run deep within the Pisces personality, and are kept secret way down deep below the surface. Pisces is the dreamer. Pisces people routinely indulge themselves in their own inner world to escape the reality of everyday life. Pisces tend to be loners, but once established in a relationship, they are extremely romantic, and caring. Pisces have a tendency to set their expectations too high for their relationships, sometimes causing major turmoil in their love life. Pisces individuals are extremely sympathetic, but at times can be most impractical when put under pressure. They are visionary, and sensitive. They are extremely receptive and don't need to read into other people to find their own self worth. Pisces are artistic in nature, and usually turn to art in order to express some of those deep down feelings. Although Pisces is a very intuitive sign, they can easily be led astray, and become careless and sometimes spiteful. Pisces represents the culmination of all the lessons learned throughout the Zodiac, but because of their extremely receptive nature, they don't always practice what they preach. Its been a long road for Pisces, and the Pisces personality is the closest ever to finding true spiritual fulfillment.

Final Thoughts:
Try not to spend too much time daydreaming, and possibly focus a little more of that energy into your artwork or relationships. Try not to set your goals too high for your partner, or neither you or your partner will achieve satisfaction from your relationship. Use your intuition wisely, and if desired use your gifts to help enlighten others. Be aware of your receptive nature, and stand tall against negative influences.</i></b>
